sandy's curried pecans
ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 2 tsp worstershire sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb halved pecans
directions:
- heat oil over medium heat and add curry powder, seasoned salt, worstershire sauce, and hot sauce - mix well.
- add pecans and stir - coating all. cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- line cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. spread out nut mixture until flat.
- bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees F.
- let cool completely before removing from pan.
